Greetings from all of us at the CHRISTUS St. John Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Program. Our complex, first opened in 1989, is staffed and equipped to enhance the quality of your life through the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries and diseases.
You will find that our 20,000-square-foot center is populated by exemplary professionals who specialize in the design and administration of personalized rehabilitative programs. Every aspect of our work focuses on helping you achieve your individual goals—and enjoy life to the fullest.
How Can We Serve You
We serve people of every age, from pediatric patients to senior citizens.
Our services encompass post-surgical care and ongoing clinical programs for physical injuries and debilitating medical conditions.
Advanced patient treatments are available for orthopedic and neuromuscular injuries and diseases, developmental disorders, brain injuries, cerebrovascular accidents/strokes, sports injuries, upper extremity injuries and disorders, cardiovascular problems, spinal injuries, and shoulder, arm and hand injuries.
Our specialties include physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational and hand therapy, speech therapy, pediatric therapy, spine and aquatic therapy.
Insurance and prescriptions
Our center maintains many partnerships with managed healthcare organizations and Medicare. To request a list of participating health plans, please call our office at 281-333-8806. We accept all prescriptions for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
